It is important to remember your mental health through the holiday season. It is a time of giving, make sure to spend some time giving back to yourself this season! A survey conducted in 2014 by the National Alliance on Mental Illness found approximately 64% of those with mental illnesses have found the holiday season makes their condition worse.

- Spend some time with friends - Try a new recipe
- Call family members - Take a social media break
- Make your favorite snack - Give yourself permission to relax
- Watch your favorite movie - State your needs
