Mental wellness is commonly defined as having the ability to cope with stresses, express and manage both positive and negative emotions, and the ability to form and maintain healthy relationships. All of these things can feel like a lot of work, daily exercises such as practicing metacognition, meditation and relaxation, and maintaining healthy boundaries can help.

There are many apps that are great for tracking and monitoring mental wellness? Some apps also work to help teach new techniques that may improve mental health. These include and are not limited to the following: EMMO, Calm, CBT-I Coach, Moodpath, Happify, Moodkit, Moodfit, and more!
