Lumpkin County Partnership

In 2003, the Board of United Way of Hall County established the Lumpkin County division of our organization. Since then, we have supported their efforts in fundraising and distribution of those funds to improve the lives of residents of their community. Since its inception, United Way for Lumpkin County has invested nearly $600,000 in organizations serving the residents of Dahlonega and Lumpkin County. Recipients include programs that address issues such as child abuse and neglect, care of the elderly, youth development, hunger and homelessness and illiteracy just to name a few.
